Shipping
Shipping information is provided on the shopping cart page. You can estimate your shipping there based on your zip code and the weight of the items you are ordering.
Return Information
All return requests MUST be submitted within 5 days from the date the order was delivered to you. Items must also be postmarked no later than October 22, 2009 to receive full credit. NO Returns after Oct 22, 2009.
Returns are generally processed within a week of receiving the product back. During Halloween season this process may take up to 5 weeks.
Specifics of Our “Torture Free” Return Policy:
1. Refunds will only be issued for the amount of the merchandise minus a 20% restocking fee and does NOT include shipping and handling charges.
2. The item(s) being returned must be accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can obtain this number by contacting us. The RMA number must be written clearly on the outside of the box.
3. The item(s) must be received at our warehouse within 10 days from the day you originally received the item. There are no exceptions to this We will verify the delivery date on the shipper’s confirmation page.
4. Item(s) must be returned to us pre-paid, via a traceable shipping method (such as UPS, Fed-Ex, USPS) and must have delivery confirmation. We are NOT responsible for item(s) lost in the mail that are being returned.
5. Items must be received in the original unopened and factory sealed package. (Please look at item carefully before opening any factory sealed packaging.) Any return received that is open, has missing items or is without original packaging will not be credited. These includes but is not limited to:
· Socks and stockings
· Shoes & Boots
· Video tapes / CD’s / Catalogs
· Eye lashes
· Wigs, beards, facial hair or any other artificial hair.
· Prosthetics, fangs or any other fake teeth.
· Cosmetics
· Latex Masks
6. The following items are NOT returnable:
· Any item that was special ordered.
· Any item that states it cannot be returned in the items description.
. Any Request after the deadline date.
When contacting us via call/email about a return, please provide the following information:
· Your order number
· A brief description of the problem
· Any item damage or shortage, if applicable
If we are unable to provide a refund due a conflict with the above criteria, we will not return the item. Items that are denied a refund will only be returned if the customer authorizes us to charge their credit card for applicable return shipping fees.
Returning an Item
To return an item you must login to your account, click on "Returns" in the infotmation box and follow the directions to generate a RMA number.
